This page explains the website's optional analytics and application form.

Optional Google Analytics

Our Google Analytics tag loads only after you select Accept cookies. It then uses analytics cookies to measure visits. Reports include page paths and counts of interactions, such as phone link clicks. Advertising features are off for this integration.

Our analytics event fields exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages, application details, and resumes. We send page paths instead of page titles and remove URL queries and fragments from analytics page addresses. Google receives browser and device information and your IP address to provide the service.

Your analytics choice

You can decline analytics and still use the website. Your browser saves your choice for 180 days. Select Change cookie preferences to change your choice, including declining after you previously allowed analytics. Declining stops future collection through our Google Analytics tag. It does not erase data already collected.

Job applications and other services

The job application form sends your contact details, application answers, and any resume to the restaurant through the website's email service. With your analytics permission, we count completed applications separately from customer inquiries. Application contents stay out of our analytics event fields.

Embedded maps and linked websites have their own data practices. The Change cookie preferences button controls this website's Google Analytics integration. It does not control those separate services.
