Effie’s.

Every dessert at Four Seasons is baked in-house by Effie using recipes and traditions that have been enjoyed by generations of guests.
Our dessert menu showcases the full lineup of homemade favorites, but not every dessert is available every day. Each morning, Effie personally decides what she will bake fresh, ensuring every dessert is made with care and attention to quality.
From her famous New York-style cheesecakes and towering layer cakes to traditional Greek specialties and longtime guest favorites, the selections in our dessert case change daily based on what is being baked fresh that day.
We invite you to visit the dessert case or ask your server about today’s freshly baked selections.
